A Surprise!

I am the type of person who is very humbled by others' generosity. It brings tears to my eyes, most of the time.

This morning, I opened my door to see if we'd gotten any packages, and totally expecting not to see anything. To my surprise, there was a little box on our doorstep!

When I saw the return address, that of a good customer, I immediately thought "oh no! Did something break? But she didn't email me about it...", and that little voice in the back of my head said "It's a thank you gift!"...



When I opened it and saw the beautiful Robin's Egg Blue paper, I knew it was a little surprise. Inside was a sweet card of thank yous. I reached inside and pulled out a little box wrapped in rice paper with string that was bound with wax! I should have taken pictures as I was unwrapping but I was too excited :)



It's a butterfly cocoon! Nothing is in it, but it's gorgeous! I love it, and it is so perfect for me and my love of nature and butterflies! I am completely surprised, humbled, and inspired.
