There is new life in the family....my sister in law had a beautiful baby girl late Friday night. We headed to Hood River on Saturday morning and got to see (and hold) Lyla Eileen for quite a while. She is absolutely gorgeous...it's amazing how long you can stare at a newborn! I am so happy for the parents, and so super excited that I have a new niece :D You can view more photos on David Woody's flickr page (my partner).
Congrats! I have a new niece too (well sort-of, it's my boyfriend's sister's baby - but close enough) and it's true - I could stare all day long at that sweet little innocent creature! Lyla is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI know...aren't they beautiful?! le sigh! We got to see her again yesterday, and it was wonderful. I can't wait to see her again in two more weeks! She's already lifting her head up a lot and becoming more alert (even though she spent 95% of the time sleeping!)
