Here is the completed piece for "Words Unsaid"...to read a bit more about the project, scroll down a couple posts for the in progress shots. The brooch is very stable, surprisingly. And the thread on the little tabs is actually a necklace. I chose thread because I wanted it to look unfinished, delicate and kind of messy, the way many memories and thoughts tend to be.
